DR. zach gulaboff davis

co-founder, composer

Described as “beautiful, lyrical” and brimming with “unexpected harmonic shifts” (International Trumpet Guild), the music of Macedonian-American composer Zach Gulaboff Davis centers on the expressive and dramatic possibilities of compositional narrative. His works have been performed at venues including Carnegie Hall, Columbia University, University of Pennsylvania, Bulgaria’s National Palace of Culture, Norway’s Arctic Cathedral, Hamburg’s Zinnschmelze Cultural Center, New York University Steinhardt and Shanghai, the DiMenna Center, International Trumpet Guild and National Saxophone Alliance conferences, and at schools and conservatories throughout North America. Since beginning compositional studies in 2013, his works have garnered over 25 national and international awards. Zach is also active as a pianist and conductor, having appeared as concerto soloist, chamber musician, solo recitalist, and champion of young composers’ works at the keyboard and podium.

Logan Vranković

Logan Vrankovic is an award-winning composer, pianist, conductor, and multi-instrumentalist from New York City. He has studied with Lowell Liebermann, Mark J. Stambaugh, Reiko Feuting, and Kevin James. He often performs his own music, and is passionate about production in all its forms- from producing an event or a concert to producing audio, and of course producing pieces of original music. 

He is dedicated to education and artistic expression, and is proud to contribute to the production of concerts in his hometown New York City.

julian bennett holmes

composer, director of sacred music at columbia university

An award-winning composer and theorist, serving as Sacred Music Coordinator for Columbia University and teaching undergraduate courses at the Manhattan School of Music. He studied with Lowell Liebermann and Richard Danielpour, and is pursuing a doctorate at the Manhattan School of Music with Marjorie Merryman. As a teenager, he toured internationally, playing in experimental bands.

He has won prizes including the Society for New Music Israel/Pellman Award, the Society for Chamber Music in Rochester Young Composer Competition, the National Federation of Music Clubs Young Composers Award, and the Second Prize at the Seventh International Antonín Dvorák Composition Competition.

Ralph Mendoza

When not recording, is a composer, conductor, and multi-instrumentalist: classical guitar, jazz guitar, cello, trumpet and piano. He has recently graduated at SUNY Purchase majoring in Classical Composition and is pursuing his Masters at CUNY Hunter for Music Composition. His writing style has been influenced by Jazz, Rock, Musical Theatre, Pop, and Avant-Garde music.
